Do I need to register on your site to make an order?

No, you can make an order as "guest", but by registering yourself future orders will be easier and faster.

How can I modify my details (name, address...)?

Click on "My account". Here you can change your details.

Can I follow online the state of my parcel?

You will receive the tracking number when we send the parcel. So you can follow it on the homepage of the courier.

How long does it take that the goods are shipped?

All the orders will be elaborated within one day, after receiving the payment. With cash on delivery, the goods will be shipped within 24 hours after the order was made.

May the shipment address differ from the billing address?

You can insert different addresses when you register on our shop.

May I pick up the parcel in a branch office of the courier?

Yes, you can choose this solution in the shipping options.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only before it will be prepared for shipment. As soon as we get the payment confirmation we start preparing the goods and then you cannot cancel the order anymore.

Can I return a product?

Yes you can return a product within 10 days (look at shipping information- right of rescission) You will receive your money in the moment we get back product and we have checked it.

If I return the goods, when do I get back my money?

As we receive the goods, we will check them and if they are in sound condition, we will make a bank transfer and return you your money.
